We emphasize a balance of the spiritual and practical to prepare children to adapt to wholesome family living.
A refuge for for troubled, hurting
equipping them with spiritual and practical
traits for advancement in life.
Steve and Lynette are lifelong residents of Parker County. With four kids of their own, the couple felt God's call to meet the needs of other children. So in February of 1998, A Place for Grace began.
Post it, tweet it, share it. The more people you tell, the more help we can receive.
Pray specifically for each child, that God would work in their lives. Pray for the Grays, for wisdom, strength and direction. Pray for the finances, that God would meet every need.
You can support APFG by making a one time donation or by becoming a monthly supporter.
APFG can always use volunteers. From property maintenance to laundry, there is always something to do. (Background Check Required)
Can't spend a dime?
Then, spend some time... helping us help those in need.
A Place for Grace is a refuge for troubled, hurting children. Children who are experiencing emotional instability, often due to family trauma. Children that have been abused and or neglected. For whatever reason, these children are unable to cope with their current living conditions.
A Place for Grace is not a correctional institution. It is a non-profit, charitable, tax exempt Texas Corporation (APFG Inc.) and is an independent-twenty-four hour basic child care facility that provides specialized help for those children who need another chance in life.
Texas ranks in the top ten for risk of child homelessness, with over 200,000 homeless children in the state. 26% of Texas children live in poverty with in increase of 8% per year.
